September, Part VI

As we've talked about before, one of Jakes favorite things to do in the summer is watch his watermelon grow. We have quite a few of them growing this year. I told Kanyon she could pick any one of Daddy's watermelons and we would eat it. This is the one she chose.

It wasn't quite ripe yet, but she loved it anyway. She keeps asking me when we can go out and get another one. It will be soon.. and poor Kanyon, by the time we eat all the watermelons that are in the garden, she's going to be sick of them :)
