September, Part I

A year or so ago, my friend Lis purchased a house about 3 miles away from mine. It made me so happy. Lis is a girlfriend of mine from NY! We practically grew up together. Now we are living close to each other in UT and our daughters are playing together...kinda surreal. Now, even though they live down the street, we still don't see each other as often as we should. At the beginning of September, we finally got together and ate pizza, trashed the house, made s'mores, had girl talk, and did our Labor Day Sparklers- since we were too late for the 4th of July.

Here is Addy & Kanyon enjoying their S'mores. I will confess that they were made in the microwave since there is no MAN around the house to start a fire in the pit...

This was Kayon's first sparkler experience.

As usual, poor Ridge enjoyed from the sidelines...in his bumbo.
